Spa & Wellness Policy

We are pleased to offer treatments scheduled at your convenience. To ensure fairness to all our guests, please be advised that arriving late without prior notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within this window or failure to attend will incur the full treatment charge.

Age Restrictions:

Access to Spa Treatments and the Thermal Spa is limited to guests aged 18 and over.

Gym access is available to hotel guests aged 16+, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Health & Safety Guidelines: Epilepsy: Guests with epilepsy must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who is familiar with the condition and able to recognise and respond to a seizure.

Mobility Assistance: Guests with mobility issues must be able to transfer independently and be accompanied by a capable adult caregiver (18+).

Incontinence: Guests experiencing incontinence must wear appropriate waterproof protective swimwear.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

All poolside and thermal area instructions must be followed at all times.

Consultation forms must be completed for treatments, gym, and spa use in accordance with our compliance procedures. Swimwear is required in all Thermal Spa areas; nudity is not permitted.

Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the Thermal Spa or gym areas.

Guests under the influence or suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted access to the gym, Thermal Spa, or treatments.

Returns: Retail items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

Code of Conduct:

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. Verbal abuse, inappropriate behavior (including sexual or threatening conduct), will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Please note: Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest and left at your own risk.
